But if you’re looking for a healthy spin on the seasonal latte you can DIY at home, check out this recipe from Lily Kunin. We only use seven ingredients to create her version of the classic drink. It’ll give you all the warm fuzzies — without the refined sugar.
Steps:
往搅拌机中加入四分之三无糖杏仁奶
Add 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Add 3/4 cup Bengal spice or chai tea
再加入四分之三杯孟加拉香料或印度香茶
Add 2 TBSP organic pumpkin puree
加入两茶勺纯天然南瓜泥
Add 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
加一茶勺南瓜派香料
Add 1/2–1 tsp raw honey
加入半茶勺到一茶勺纯蜂蜜
Add 1/4 tsp pure vanilla
最后加入四分之一勺纯香草粉
制作小贴士
Tips:
泡茶预备,将杏仁奶和南瓜泥混合后加热。加入冲泡好的茶,南瓜派香料,蜂蜜和香草,搅拌至出现丰富泡沫(需搅拌约15秒)。
While you brew your tea, gently heat the almond milk and pumpkin puree on the stove until very warm, add almond milk mixture, tea, pumpkin pie spice, honey, and vanilla to the blender. Blend until frothy (about 15 seconds)
Last step, dash cinnamon.
最后,撒适量肉桂粉。
